Pedro has been in private practice, as a member of the Bar of Madrid (Spain), for almost twenty years, his practice focusing on commercial and corporate law and commercial litigation.
Over these years, Pedro has advised clients of different jurisdictions and sectors (banking and insurance, construction and public works, electronics and software, training and education, hotels and leisure, gambling, real estate, chemical products, telecommunications, etc.), on corporate structures, M&A, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, distribution and agency agreements, refinancing and restructuring, among other.
In addition, Pedro also regularly advices on matters related to foreign investment in Spain and Latin America, notably in Brazil and Argentina..
