Litigation and Arbitration
Litigation is an important part of SCA LEGAL’s practice. This practice concentrates on commercial and company litigation but also includes, to a growing extent, litigation over tax and several regulatory issues, such as data protection, supervision of financial institutions and domestic competition matters.
The litigation practice counts with the assistance of a law and economics approach which evaluates cases before “going to court”, so that, before embarking in litigation, clients can have a clear picture of the value of the case and as a such be in a better position as to decide whether to settle or to “go to court”. In addition, our litigators are fully familiar with business and economics analysis, which allows them to use this tools and the time of drafting their pleadings, enquiring witnesses and drawing conclusions before the courts.
