As to the company law practice, the firm gives full service, covering, among others, the following:
- Setting up and winding up of companies
- Drafting and negotiation of shareholders agreements
- Drafting of all sorts of company documentation, ranging from articles of association, bye-laws and reports of the board, to minutes of shareholders and board meetings
- Representation of minority shareholder
- Due diligence, covering not only company law matters but also commercial, tax, and regulatory ones.
