Fees

As a rule, SCA LEGAL charges by the hour, at a rate that is always below the one recommended by the Bar of Madrid.

Nonetheless, when our clients consider it as better, we accept other fee structures (per service, per outcome, mixed structures, etc.). That happens notably in the invoicing of litigation services, in which it is usual for us to accept a mixed structure, with lump sums (per instance or per phase in each instance) and a success fee.
